The service

LinkedIn Post Studio ("we", "us") composes LinkedIn posts — and optional AI images — from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction. You ("you", "the customer") pay per post generated at the rate published on our pricing page. We are an independent Ounie product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

Acceptable use

You may only generate posts from brains your Ounie account can access, and you are responsible for the content you publish. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated posts inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; what you post, and its accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you publish. Comply with LinkedIn's own terms and content policies when you post.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 2 credits per post generated (settled on posts actually produced), 2 credits per single-post regeneration, and 12 credits per AI image (settled only if the image generates). If your selected brain(s) don't support the topic, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Editing, copying, and browsing your library are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Posts are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not verified statements. We do not warrant that any post is complete, current, or fit for publication. You are responsible for reviewing every claim and image before you post it under your name. AI images are illustrative and may contain artifacts.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), you are never charged for posts that weren't produced, and an AI image that fails to generate is not charged. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a post you published.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
